Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect item selection
  • Personal preference
  • Wear and tear resulting from normal use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipment. Upon receiving your order, please inspect your package and products immediately.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [your email address] with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging (if applicable)

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery may affect our ability to assist with a claim.

Shipping Damage Claims

If damage occurred during transit, we will review the information provided and work with the shipping carrier where applicable. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
