Thank you for shopping with Jacqueline Kent Jewelry. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Canadian Orders
Orders shipping within Canada are typically processed within 1 business day of purchase.
United States Orders
Orders shipping to the United States are processed and dispatched every Friday. Orders placed after the weekly shipping cutoff will be included in the next scheduled U.S. shipment.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order require additional production time before shipment. Pre-orders typically take 2–3 weeks to be processed and prepared for shipping. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times typically average:
- Canada: 3–5 business days
- United States: 3–5 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- Destination location
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing for U.S. shipments
- Peak holiday periods
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Jacqueline Kent Jewelry is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control. Jacqueline Kent Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the carrier; however, we will gladly assist customers in filing claims or locating shipments whenever possible.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by U.S. authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
